E - Experience - අප පැමිණි ගමන් මඟ

ලංකාවේ ඌව පළාතේ බදුල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ බදුල්ල අධ්‍යාපන කලාපයේ හාලිඇල අධ්‍යාපන කොට්ඨාශයට අයත් ජාතික පාසලකි. අක්කර 5 ක වපසරියකින් යුත් අප පාසල බදුල්ල , කොළඹ ප්‍රධාන මාර්ගයේ හාලිඇල නගරය ආසන්නයේ රමණීය පරිසරයක පිහිටා ඇත. මෙහි ඉතිහාසය අභිමානවත් වූවකි. පාසලේ ආරම්භය 1889 බව Uva Government Manual  වාර්තාවේ සඳහන් වේ. මුල්ම නම බ/දික්වැල්ල මහාවිද්‍යාලය මෙය වර්තමාන විද්‍යා විද්‍යාලීය භූමියයි. මෙය ඌවේ ඉපැරණි පාසලකි.  මුලදී මානං සෙවිලි කරන ලද නිවසක් හා ගුරු නිවාසයක් තිබුණි. මානං සෙවිලි කළ මෙම   ගොඩනැගිල්ල තහඩු සෙවිලි කරන ලද එකක් බවට 1910 දී පත්ව ඇත. විද්‍යාලයේ මුල්ම විදුහල්පති පස්සර ප්‍රදේශයේ කෙනෙක් බව සඳහන් වේ. මෙහි ඉගෙනගත් සිසුහු බොහෝ දිළිදු අය වේ. 

නිල ඇඳුම බැනියමකට හා සරමකට සීමා වී ඇත. බාලාංශයේ සිට  8 ශ්‍රේණිය දක්වා ඉගැන්වීම් කටයුතු කෙරිණ. සිසු පිරිස බොහෝ කාලයක් යනතුරු  සීයකට වැඩි නොවීය. මිශ්‍ර පාසලකි. ඉංග්‍රීසි විෂයය ඉගැන්වීම සිදුවූයේ 1934 දීය. ගුරු මහතාගේ වැටුප  එක් ළමයකුගේ සත 50ක් එකතු කර ගෙවා ඇත. 1944 දී දෙටු පෙළ සමත් සිසුන්  හතර දෙනෙක් සිටි බව සඳහන් වේ.  8 ශ්‍රේණිය  එකල පාසල හැරයාමේ පන්තිය ලෙස හඳුන්වා ඇත. මෙකල ඉගැන්වූ විෂයන් වූයේ සිංහල,ඉංග්‍රීසි, ස්වස්ථතාව, ඉතිහාසය, භූගෝල විද්‍යාව, අංකගණිත යයි.   

පාසල් ක්‍රීඩා අංශයද පසු කාලීනව දියුනු වූ බව සඳහන් වේ. පාඨශාලා  අන්තර ක්‍රීඩා තරගයෙන්  දික්වැල්ල විදුහලට විශිෂ්ට ස්ථානයක් හිමි වී ඇත.  1950දී   අද හාලිඇල මධ්‍ය මහා විද්‍යාලය පවත්වන තැනට  මාරුවී ඇත. එම අවස්ථාවේදී  දික්වැල්ල යන නාමය වෙනස් වී 1982 දී හාලිඇල මධ්‍ය මහා විද්‍යාලය බවට පත්වී ඇත. නව ගොඩනැගිලි ඉදි වී පාසල සංවර්ධනය වී ඇත.  පාසලේ දියුණුවත් සමග පාසල ස්වර්ණමය යුගයකට එළඹ ඇත.

1994 වර්ෂයේදී  මේ ජාතික පාසලක් බවට පත් විය. 2003 වර්ෂයේ පලමු ශ්‍රේණියත් 2004 වර්ෂයේ දෙවැනි ශ්‍රේණියත් ආදී වශයෙන් ප්‍රාථමික අංශය  ක්‍රියාත්මක විය.  ප්‍රමිති  ක්‍රියාත්මක වීමේ සංකල්පය විනය මණ්ඩලය වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව  වගා ව්‍යාපෘතිය ආරම්භ විය. 2012 , 2017 කුඩා මිතුරු , ශිෂ්‍ය නායක ආදිය ක්‍රියාත්මක විය. 

දින දින දිදුලන පාසලක් බවට වත්මන් විදුහල්පතිතුමන්ගේ නායකත්වයෙන් 2017 සිට නව මාවතකට පාසල  ගමන් කරන්නට විය. මෙතෙක් නොතිබූ ව්‍යාපෘති වැඩසටහන් ක්‍රියාත්මක විය. තාක්ෂණවේදය හා 13 සියලුම විෂය ධාරාවන් තිබෙන පාසල බවට පත්විය.ජයග්‍රහණ රැසක් හිමිකර ගැනීමට හැකි විය.

It is a national school belonging to the Halliela Education Division of Badulla Education Zone, Badulla District, Uva Province, Sri Lanka. Our school with an area of ​​5 acres is located in a beautiful environment near Haliela town on the main road of Badulla, Colombo. The history here is proud. The Uva Government Manual records that the school started in 1889. The original name was B/Dikhwella College. This is the site of the present Science College. This is an ancient school in Uva. Initially there was a manang thatched house and a teacher's house. In 1910, this building, which had a manang roof, was converted into a sheet-roofed one. It is said that the first principal of the college was from Passara. The students who studied here are very poor.

The uniform is limited to a baniyam and a saree. Teaching was done from Kindergarten to Grade 8. The number of students did not exceed one hundred for a long time. A mixed school. The teaching of English took place in 1934. The teacher's salary was paid by collecting 50 cents per child. It is stated that there were four students who passed the double line in 1944. Grade 8 was known as the school leaving class at that time. The subjects taught this time were Sinhala, English, Health, History, Geography and Arithmetic.

It is said that the school sports section also developed later. Dickwella School has won an excellent position in the inter-school sports competition. In 1950, it was moved to the place where Halilela Madhya Maha Vidyalaya is held today. At that time, the name of Dikwella was changed and in 1982 it became Haliela Madhya Maha Vidyalaya. New buildings have been built and the school has developed. With the development of the school, the school has reached a golden age.

In 1994, this became a national school. In the year 2003 the first grade and in the year 2004 the second grade etc. the primary section was operational. Concept of Implementation of Standards Disciplinary Board Annual Report Cultivation Project started. In 2012, 2017, Little Friends, Student Leader etc. were implemented.

From 2017, the school started moving towards a new path under the leadership of the current principal to become a school that shines day by day. Project programs that did not exist so far were implemented. Technology and 13 became the school where all the streams were available. Many achievements were achieved.
