Action steps - ඒ සඳහා උපාය මාර්ග හා සම්පත් වල අවශ්‍යතාවය

EDSODA සංකල්පයට අනුව අපේක්ෂිත ප්‍රතිඵල ළඟා කර ගැනීම සඳහා උපාය මාර්ග සම්පත් වල අවශ්‍යතාවය පිළිබඳව හඳුනාගනිමු. උපාය මාර්ගයන්හි උපාය මාර්ගික අරමුණු මෙන්ම එම අරමුණු සාක්ෂාත් කෙරෙන මාර්ගය ද ඇතුළලත්ය ඒ අනුව ගමනාන්තය හෙවත් දැක්ම සහ එම දැක්ම සාක්ෂාත් කරගන ගන්නා සැලසුම් මාර්ගය හඳුනා ගත යුතුය. ඒ අනුව පාසලේ වර්තමාන තත්වය හොඳින් අවබෝධ කරගෙන පහත සඳහන් විශ්ලේෂණ සංරචක අධ්‍යනය කරමින් අවශ්‍ය උපාය මාර්ග වලට පිවිසිය යුතුය.

- පාසලේ සංස්කෘතිය හා අගය විශ්ලේෂණය කිරීම

පළමුවෙන් පාසල සතු ගොඩනැගිලි,  කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය,   මූල්‍ය තත්ත්වය අභ්‍යන්තර සම්පත් පිළිබඳවත් ඒවා ප්‍රයෝජනයට ගෙන ඇති ආකාරය පිළිබඳව සොයා බැලිය යුතුය.  එසේම දැනටමත් ප්‍රයෝජනයට ගෙන නොමැති ගොඩනැගිලි හා කාාර්යමණ්ඩලය සතු විභව්‍යතා තිබේදැයි සොයා බැලිය යුතුය. එසේම පාසලේ  අවට කර්මාන්ත ශාලාව හෝ ආධාර ලබන්නන් මගින් ලබාගත් හැකි සම්පත් පිළිබඳ විමසිය යුතුය. 

පාසලට බලපාන බාහිර සාධක පිළිබඳව විශ්ලේෂණයෙන් අදහස් වන්නේ පාසලේ අනාගතයටත් මෙම සාධක වල ඇති බලපෑම් සොයා බැලීම ය. දේශපාලන, ආර්ථික, සමාජීය, තාකාක්ෂණික හා අධ්‍යාපන සාධක පාසලට කරනු ලබන බලපෑම් මෙහිදී විශ්ලේෂණය විය යුතුය. අවසානයේ දී පාසලේ ආයතනික, සංස්කෘතික හා ඇගයුම් පද්ධතිය පාසලේ වර්තමාන තත්වය අවබෝධකර කර ගැනීම සඳහා විිශ්ලේෂණය කිරීම ප්‍රයෝජනවත්ය.

මීට අමතරව පෞද්ගලික ආයතන මගින් දැනට සිදු කරනු ලබන SWOT ANALYSIS  පාසලට යොදා ගැනීම තුළින් පාසලේ ශක්තීන්, දුර්වලතා, අවස්ථා, තර්ජන විමසා බැලීම ද සිදු කළ හැකියි. සැලසුමක අරමුණු ඉටු වී ඇත්දැයි වඩා හොඳින් සොයා බැලීම සඳහා නියාමනය, ඇගයීම සවිස්තරාත්මකව සොයා බැලීම සිදු කළ යුතුය. ඒ අනුව දර්ශක වලින් ලැබෙන දත්තවල ප්‍රතිපෝෂණය සොයා බැලේ. ඇගයීම තුළින් සැලසුම් ක්‍රියාවලියේ අරමුණු,  ක්‍රියාවලිය හා ඵලය පිළිබඳ ක්‍රමානුකූල සමාලෝචනයක් කෙරේ. දර්ශක තුළින් ප්‍රතිඵල මනින ගුණාත්මක හා ප්‍රමාණාත්මක විචල්‍ය තුළින් සරල හා විශ්වාසදායකව ආකාරයට  ප්‍රතිඵල මැන ගැනීමට පුළුවන.

එම නිසා විදුහල්පති විසින් පාසලේ කටයුතු සැලසුම් අනුව ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ දැයි සොයා බලා ඵලදායි හා ප්‍රමාණවත් තොරතුරු නියාමන පද්ධතියක් ගොඩනඟාගෙන උපාය මාර්ග සම්පත් යොදා ගනිමින් එහි මෙහෙවර ඔස්සේ පාසල් දැක්ම කරා ගමන් සකසා ගත යුතුය.

The EDSODA concept recognizes the need for strategic resources to achieve desired outcomes. Strategies include the strategic goals as well as the way to achieve those goals. Accordingly, the current situation of the school should be thoroughly understood and the necessary strategies should be approached by studying the following analytical components.

- Analyzing the culture and values ​​of the school

First, the school's buildings, staff, financial status, internal resources and how they have been utilised. Also, it should be found out if there are any potentials of the buildings and staff that are not already utilized. Also ask about the resources that can be obtained from the nearby factory or aid recipients of the school.

Analysis of the external factors affecting the school means looking at the effects of these factors on the future of the school. The impact of political, economic, social, technological and educational factors on the school should be analyzed here. Finally, it is useful to analyze the institutional, cultural and evaluation system of the school to understand the current state of the school.

Apart from this, by using the SWOT ANALYSIS which is currently done by private institutions, the school's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats can also be examined. In order to better ascertain whether the objectives of a plan have been achieved, regulation and evaluation should be carried out in detail. Accordingly, the feedback from the data from the indicators will be looked into. Evaluation is a systematic review of the objectives, process and results of the planning process. Results can be measured in a simple and reliable way through qualitative and quantitative variables that measure results through indicators.

Therefore, the principal should find out whether the activities of the school are carried out according to the plans, build an effective and adequate information regulation system and use strategic resources to set the course towards the school vision through its mission.
