D - Direction - වර්තමානයේ පාසල ගමන් කරන දිශාව

 

වර්තමානයේ පාසල ගමන් කරන දිශාව පිළිබඳ සැලකීමේදී පාසල් ජන සමාජය අපට අමතක කළ  නොහැක. පාසල් ජන සමාජය මගින් ගමන් කරන නිසා දිශාව නිවැරදිදැයි තක්සේරුවක යෙදෙයි. එසේ යෙදෙන පාසලක පාර්ශවකරුවන් ද අපට හඳුනාගත් ගත හැකිය

  මෙසේ පාසල් පාර්ශවකරුවන් සමග  එකට  එක්ව කටයුතු කරමින්  අප යාමට උත්සාහ කරනු ලබන්නේ පාසලේ දැක්ම සාක්ෂාත් කර ගනිමින් ජාතික අධ්‍යාපන පොදු අරමුණු වෙත ළඟා වීමට ය. සංවර්ධනය කරා ළඟා වන්නා වූත්, ලෝකයට ගැලපෙන දැනුම, අවබෝධය යන සරල බුද්ධිමය හැකියාවන් ගේ සිට විමර්ශනශීලී, ගවේෂණශීලී චින්තනය හා නිර්මාණාත්මක කුසලතා වලින් සමෝධානිත වූ ඉහළ බුද්ධිමය හැකියා මෙන්ම මෘදු කුසලතා පෙරදැරි වූ භාවමය, බුද්ධිමය හැකියාවන්ගෙන් පරිපූර්ණ වූ සමබර  පෞරුෂයක් සහිත අනාගත පරපුරක් බිහි කිරීම සමස්ත අධ්‍යාපන  ක්‍රියාවලියේ අපේක්ෂිත ඵලය වේ.

ඒ සඳහා යොමු වීමේදී ධරණීය මානව සංවර්ධන රාමුව ඇතුළත අධ්‍යාපනය තුළින් ළඟා කරගත යුතු පහත දැක්වෙන අරමුණු ජාතික අධ්‍යාපන කොමිෂන් සභාව විසින් අධ්‍යාපන පද්ධතිය සඳහා ඉදිරි දැක්ම ලෙසට ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ කොට ඇත  එම අරමුණු නම්,

- ජාතික ඒකාබද්ධතාව, ජාතික ඒකාග්‍රතාව,  සහ ජාතික සම සමගිය මුදුන්පත්කර කර ගැනීම.

- සමාජ සාධාරණත්ව යේ පැතිරෙන රටාව තහවුරු කිරීම.

- රැකියා අවස්ථා උත්පාදනය  ඒ සමග ම ඒවා ඒවා අභිමානවත් අපේක්ෂා සපුරාලන, ස්වාර්ථ  සාදන වීම.

- එකිනෙකා වෙනුවෙන් දැඩි සහ නොවෙනස්  සැලකිල්ල පිළිබඳ අඛණ්ඩ හැඟීමක් ඇතිකර ආරක්ෂා කිරීම ජාතිය ගොඩනැගීමේ කටයුතුවලට සක්‍රීය සහභාගීත්වය තහවුරු කළ යුතු වේ.

- ජාත්‍යන්තර ප්‍රජාව තුළ ගෞරවනීය ස්ථානයක් අත්පත් කර ගැනීමට සම්බන්ධ වන්නා වූ නිපුණතාවයන් වර්ධනය කර කරගැනීම.

- තිරසාර ජීවන පරිණාමය.

- ඉහත සැලකිල්ල තුළ ජාතිය උදෙසා සිදුකෙරෙන වර්ධනය පිළිබඳ සමුච්චිත විවුහ ව්‍යුහය වෙත යොමුවන මානව සම්පත් සංවර්ධනයේ දී   සැමටම සහ සහභාගිවීම සඳහා වී විවිධ හැකියාවන් ස්ථාපිත කිරීම.   

- මෙකල අප ජීවත්වන,  වේගයෙන් වෙනස් වන ආකාරයේ ලෝකයක් තුළ වෙනස් වීමට අනුවර්තන හැකියාව ඇති මූලික දේවල් වැඩි දියුණු කර සකස් කර ගැනීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වේ.

We cannot forget the school community when considering the direction the school is going today. As the school is moving through the community, the direction is assessed. We can also identify the stakeholders of a school that does so

  Thus, by working together with school stakeholders, we try to achieve the vision of the school and reach the national education common goals. From the simple intellectual abilities of knowledge and understanding that are suitable for the world, to those who reach development, to high intellectual abilities combined with investigative, investigative thinking and creative skills, as well as soft skills, the future generation with a balanced personality is perfected with intellectual abilities. is the desired outcome of the process.

In reference to that, the following objectives to be achieved through education within the framework of sustainable human development have been recognized by the National Education Commission as the future vision for the education system. Those objectives are,

- To promote national integration, national integration, and national harmony.

- Confirming the pervasive pattern of social justice.

- Creation of employment opportunities while at the same time creating self-interest that fulfills their proud expectations.

- Active participation in nation-building activities must be ensured to maintain and protect a continuous sense of intense and unwavering concern for each other.

- To develop the skills involved in attaining a respectable position in the international community.

- Sustainable living evolution.

- Establishing diverse capacities for all and participation in human resource development that leads to the cumulative structure of growth for the nation in the above concern.

- In the rapidly changing world we live in, it is essential to develop and prepare basic things that are adaptable to change.
